About this Event

From TP Nerd to Belle of the Bathroom Ball

Although we’d like to flush 2020 down the toilet, there are lessons learned worth sharing.

Join us for our upcoming session featuring Brooke Lujano, senior communications manager with Georgia-Pacific, as she dives into how a forest products company managed through the rim of a crisis when COVID-19 struck.

Almost overnight, the world went on the hunt for toilet paper, the supply chain was constrained, boxes showed up at front doors across the nation and DIY home renovations spiked. The world finally became interested in all the “stuff” Georgia-Pacific made.

Hear from Brooke as she gets cheeky about what it was like to go from #TPNerd to Belle of the Bathroom Ball and get a glimpse into how she’ll roll into 2021 based on insights that don’t stink.

Starting her career with the Georgia Aquarium, she quickly traded her love for belugas with her love of trees when she joined Georgia-Pacific. She has grown her career with GP in the company’s corporate communications group, managing social and digital for billion-dollar brands, leading crisis management on social media, and engaging executives and employees in becoming more active in sharing their personal experiences online.
